- CNY Fortune Catcher Game (the “Game”) will start on January 28 until February 7 2022. The last game
participation time will be on February 7 2022 at 23:59 (Hong Kong Time GMT +8). The Game is organised by
Hong Kong Tourism Board (“HKTB” or “Organiser”). By participating for the Game, the participant is deemed to
have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its related personnel, management, employees and
contractors shall not be responsible for any personal or property damage (including but not limited to any
claims, injuries, costs or expenses) incurred or suffered by any person or participant as a result of their
participation in this Game.
- In no event shall the Organiser be liable (whether in tort or contract or otherwise) to you or any other
person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including any loss
of business or profit, any damage of software or hardware, arising out of any use, or inability to use,
errors or omission in this Game or the Information, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
- You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Organiser, its employees, agents, officers, directors, agents,
contractors, suppliers and other representatives harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, claims,
actions, costs and expenses (including legal fees), in connection with or arising from your breach of these
Terms and Conditions /or your use of this Game. The Organiser may, if necessary, participate in the defence
of any claim or action and any negotiations for settlement. You will not make any settlement that may
adversely affect the Organiser’s rights or obligations without the Organiser prior written approval. The
Organiser reserves the right, at its own expense and on notice to you, to assume exclusive defence and
control of any claim or action.

- Any data collected during the Game will only be used for marketing research and statistic purpose relating
to the Game, and will be treated in accordance with the "Privacy Policy Statement" and "Cookie Policy" of

- Any information relating to the Game provided is for reference only.
- No person will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) (Chapter 623 of the Laws of
Hong Kong) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
- In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the Game, the decision of the Organiser
shall be final and conclusive.
- If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials relating to the
Game and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- The Game is held in Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Hong Kong and each participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong
Kong.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms
and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
